Pilot Projects

Pilot Projects help the COBRE expand our Center’s research footprint and support the careers of talented investigators. Pilots can be funded from the COBRE grant or directly from Institutional sources. As shown below these pilot projects study critical mechanisms in order to provide a better understanding of deadly pathogens and how to mitigate their impact on human health.
